We took the kids to Medieval Times to watch one of Ryan's fellow firefighters compete as a knight. It was so much fun! All four of us had the best time and the kids keep begging to go back.
He is my knight in shining armor!
Just looking for trouble!
We were cheering as soon as the black and white knight came out
The knight threw flowers to Leah and mommy
At the end of the tournament, one knight is named the winner and he goes into the audience to choose a "Queen of Love and Beauty". Well the sweet black and white knight, Jeremy, chose Leah! Our sweet girl is super shy, so she wasn't quite as excited about all the attention as Ryan and I were.
Ryan and Jeremy
Such a fun night!
We also took a day trip to Tyler State Park. The weather was perfect and it was nice to get away from the city for a day and enjoy God's beauty.
We also had lots of fun playing outside at home and around town
This picture was too good not to share! Ty knows what a good nap looks like!
We took a quick trip to see our new house! The stairs are Leah and Ty's favorite part of the house. We can't wait for it to officially be ours!
While we were in McKinney, we stopped by the Trade Days and picked up sunglasses
The kids also visited the dentist and had a great report!
I cannot say enough great things about our spring break! I am so thankful that God has blessed me with the most amazing husband and children. I love that no matter what we are doing, it is special because we are together.
