Leah's First Open House

On February 24th, Leah had her first Open House at school. We have been looking forward to this for a long time, so it was exciting when the day finally came. We walked in and let our super student show us the way!

Each student had a little section in the gym that was just for them. She had a writing sample on the wall, a life-size painting of herself, and a "work" that she does well that was chosen by her teachers. Her school is Montessori based, so the students complete different "works" that are shown to them on an individual basis.

Leah earned her star! She was able to stand in front of the class and recite the books of the New Testament. We are so, so proud!

 We cannot say enough wonderful things about Leah's school. We are incredibly thankful for all that they have done for our precious girl!
