I had a 30 week appointment yesterday with my OB and I had my monthly sonogram. Leah fell asleep on the way to the appointment, and it was one of those days where you don't dare wake the cranky toddler! So poor Ryan (sweet daddy) said he would just miss the sono so that Leah Grace could sleep. I felt so bad because I know how much it means to him to make it to all my doctor visits. So, I went in and was called back for the sono. Ty looks perfect! He is measuring 32 weeks, almost a full 2 weeks ahead! He is already 4 pounds 7 ounces. I think he is trying to be a 10 pound baby like his daddy! The sonogram was great. I could see his sweet face and his mouth moving and even his tongue sticking out! I mentioned the story about Ryan staying with Leah in the car, and the kind sono tech said she would switch to the 3D vision so that I could take a few really good pictures to show Ryan. I was SO excited! We didn't get the 3D pictures of Leah, because it was so expensive. I had no idea they could just flip a switch at my regular doctor. Had I known, I would have been sweet talking the ladies every time! It was amazing getting to see Ty's precious face so much better. The picture quality is not 100% perfect, but it is definitely better than the 2D vision that we get. Everything is going wonderfully with the pregnancy and I am so thankful that God is protecting our sweet baby boy. Only 9 weeks left! We will get to schedule the C-Section at my next appointment in two weeks. Here are a couple of pictures from our visit:
