This weekend has been absolutely beautiful! We have been waiting for this warmer weather for so long it seems. I know when it starts getting to 100 degrees this summer, I will be wishing for cooler temps, but for now I am loving it! Leah loves being outside too, so we look forward to many family nights outdoors.
Friday night we went out to the Southlake Town Square. We enjoyed dinner on the patio at Cafe Express and then walked around and enjoyed watching Leah explore. She loved running around and playing by the fountain. I have a feeling we will be out there a lot in the months to come.

Today Ryan was working, so Leah and I went to the zoo. We bought passes so that we can just pack up and go whenever we feel like it. It is a great way to spend a beautiful Saturday! Leah enjoyed seeing the animals, but enjoyed running around and people watching even more. She is quite the social butterfly and is constantly on the move!

This was the best picture I could get with the elephants in the background. As soon as I took it, she escaped and I had to chase her down while the stroller started rolling the opposite way!
The elephants and giraffes are Leah's favorites. She can make the elephant sound and wave her arm like the trunk! The giraffes remind her of Jeffery, her favorite toy when she was little.
She was exhausted by the time we got to the car!
