Easter 2010

We had an amazing Easter weekend! This was Leah's second Easter, but she was only three months old last Easter, so this really felt like her first. We had a great time celebrating the resurrection of our savior and thanking Him for this amazing life He has blessed us with.

Thursday evening, we went to Bass Pro Shop to have Leah's picture taken with the Easter Bunny. We were nervous that she would freak out, but much to our surprise, she sat on his lap and smiled!

We spent Friday evening with Ryan's side of the family. We had a great dinner and lots of fun laughing and visiting.

Easter morning we woke up to see that the Easter Bunny had visited our house! He left candy for Ryan and I and lots of fun toys for Leah!

After church, we headed to my parent's house for lunch. Here is Leah with her cousins waiting to hunt for eggs in the front yard.

This was the best picture we could get. Leah is a mover and a shaker and she does not want to be still! The expression on her face just cracks me up!

After the egg hunt and lunch, it was time for Easter baskets. And boy did these three girls get spoiled rotten!

You can see the line of baskets on the desk just waiting to be opened! Leah loved all her gifts, but of course she enjoyed stealing things out of her cousins' baskets the best!
