Last Sunday was such a special day for me. It was a day that I was reminded of God's promises and His love for me. He has given me this beautiful little girl to share my life with. The two Mother's days prior to this one were full of emotions that could not be expressed with those around us. Two years ago, I was hurting inside because I was not getting pregnant as quickly as I had hoped and expected. Our families did not know that we were trying, so they did not know the sadness we were experiencing. The year after that, Ryan and I had just found out that I was pregnant two days before Mother's day. We were full of joy and disbelief, but we had decided to wait a little longer to tell our families. This year, we got to share in all the fun! Leah is a wonderful baby and I am so thankful to be her mom. I look forward to all the amazing experiences that await us. I pray that God will teach me how to be a loving, understanding, and supportive mom to Leah. I was truly blessed to spend Mother's day with my incredible husband and precious baby girl!
