My Sweet Easter Bunnies

We had a wonderful, low-key Easter as a family and were so blessed by God's beautiful promises. As Christians, Easter is a day of rejoicing over Jesus rising from the dead to give us life. What an incredible gift our God gave us. It was so important to Ryan and I to make sure Leah understood why we were celebrating Easter. It warmed our hearts to hear her talking about the cross and resurrection of our Lord.

We started our weekend celebration with an egg hunt at church on Saturday morning. Ryan was working, so it was just me and the babes. We had a great time and the kids ended up with way too much candy!

 

 

 

 

Easter morning started with treats from the Easter Bunny. We don't do lots of gifts for Easter, but we do have lots of fun! The kids looked through their baskets then hunted around the house for eggs.

 

 

 

 

We got dressed in our Easter best and headed to church. The kids looked so precious in their Easter outfits.

 

 

After church we headed to my in-law's house for lunch and more egg hunting.

 

 

 

 

It was a wonderful day and we are thankful for God's redeeming love and promise for eternal life with Him!
