Our First Day of Summer!

Summer is here! Yesterday was my last day of school until August! The three of us had such a wonderful time today! We made our first of many trips to the local water park. It is only a few minutes from our house and is the perfect size for Leah. And since we are residents of the city it is in, we only have to pay $1.00 for admission. She had a great time and so did Ryan and I. Leah looked so big walking around the pool in her life jacket. She waved to the other kids and enjoyed every minute of our time there! We cannot wait to go back.

When we got home from the water park, we all took a nice long nap. I love being able to nap in the summer, knowing that I do not have to set an alarm! After our nap and dinner, we went outside. I pushed Leah on her little bike while Ryan followed us on his bike. When we made it back to the house, Leah decided she needed to cool off in the sprinklers that Ryan had out to water the yard. So, we took off her shirt and let her get soaked. She was so cute and had so much fun!

I am so excited to spend this summer playing outside and spending quality time as a family. We will be making so many memories with our sweet girl!
