Leah's first 4th of July was great! We did miss Ryan very much though. He had to work at the station on Saturday, so Leah and I went to visit him and take Ryan and the other guys a cake. It was our first time visiting the station and it was really fun! It was nice to finally see first hand the things that Ryan had been telling me about. We met the other guys and took a tour of the fire house. We made sure to document our time with a few pictures.
After we left the station, Leah and I headed over to my parents' home. We spent the rest of the day with them, my brother, and my sister and her family. Leah looked so cute that I couldn't resist having a little photo shoot with her!
It was a great day! Hopefully next year Ryan can spend the day with us too!
