Her Tender Heart

Leah has such a sensitive, tender heart and is like a sponge, just soaking up every sight and sound. She has become incredibly inquisitive lately and has a million questions about life, Jesus, and Heaven. When Libby was put down, she had a lot of questions about what happened to Libby next. We assured her that Libby was now healed and happy. A few days after, Leah's teacher saw me at lunch and told me that Leah had written a book about Libby in class. She almost started crying telling me about it. Later that day, her teacher texted me pictures of each page in Leah's book. Of course, I started crying in the middle of class! Ryan and I just love this girl and love her sweet heart. 

"My dog is in Heaven. She went to the vet. They gave her a shot!"

"I was sad that she had to leave, but her back legs were hurting her."

"But she is safe up there with Jesus and other dogs. I hope she wasn't scared of the thunder."
