This was the very first year that I got to experience Meet the Teacher as a teacher and a parent! Last night we all headed up to the school ready to meet the teachers, students, and families that would be a part of our lives this school year. I had to stay in my room so that I could welcome all of my new little first graders and their parents, so Ryan took Leah down to her room. He said she did great and said hi to her teacher, smiled for her picture, and completed the little scavenger hunt. We are so incredibly excited for our little girl and look forward to an amazing kindergarten year!

We start school on Monday! I am so excited and I know my baby girl is just going to fall in love with school. We have been praying for strength, bravery, comfort, and sweet friends for Leah and we know that God will provide!
