Little Fish

Another summer of swim lessons has come and gone! We cannot say enough great things about S&A Swimming and all that they do. We have been blessed to have them teach our children how to love the water and how to swim.

This was Leah's third year and she was in the Beginner class and it was Ty's second year and he was in the Bubbler class. Parents are not allowed back to watch during lessons so that the teachers have the students' full attention. I knew Leah would do great, but we were very worried about Ty. He hates getting taken away from us. Well, our big boy only cried the first two days and then he started walking back all by himself. Every morning he would say "big boys don't cry". Sweet boy!

Both kids earned their badges! They will both get to move up to the next class next summer.

 

At the end of the second week, we got to watch the kids show us what they learned. Leah was extremely nervous and just couldn't handle going to her last lesson. So, we all just watched our big boy. He did such a great job and we couldn't be more proud of our baby. He was the only boy in his class and he had the biggest grin on his face the whole time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We look forward to next summer and watching our kids become even stronger swimmers!
