We took our third annual overnight trip to the Gaylord Texan on the 22nd and 23rd. My birthday is on the 23rd, so it works out nicely that we can have a birthday/Christmas getaway each year. I love getting away from the day to day craziness and getting to spend time as a family.
We arrived at the Gaylord Thursday afternoon and checked out our room. Leah and Ty enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the lake. 
After we left the room, we walked around looking at all the beautiful decorations and displays. If you live close to the Gaylord, you definitely need to check it out during Christmas!
