So Long Diapers!
Our big girl is officially potty trained! No more diapers for this sweet girl. After reading so many great blog posts about the 3 Day Method, Ryan and I decided to try it with Leah. We started last Monday and by Thursday, Leah was done! We have had a few accidents here and there, but 99% of the time, she is staying dry and telling us when she needs to go. The 3 Day Method requires you to stay home for the three days and stick close to your child all day. You also go straight into underwear, no diapers allowed. We are still using pull-ups during nap and bedtime, but other than that, it's only panties for our princess! I'm not going to lie, Ryan and I had moments where we were so frustrated we were close to tears, but it all paid off in the end. We are so proud of Leah and cannot believe she is growing up so fast. Thankfully, we have a couple of years before we have to do this again with Ty!Such a big girl!
We tried to come up with fun ways to celebrate Leah going to the bathroom. Here she is doing the "cha-cha-cha" potty dance with Ryan!

And just because she is so precious, here is a picture of what we get to see every day now. She is just too cute for words!

Way to go Leah! I remember on day 2 being so frustrated and telling Jay that we were done...but on the 3rd day it clicked! I swear by this method. I did however, in the middle of potty training, tell Jay that I wasn't ever doing it again and that Cooper could get married in diapers!! :)
