Well, as of Friday I am officially 35 weeks along and only have four weeks to go! Unless Leah decides to come sooner, our C-Section is scheduled for Thursday January 8th. At the sonogram a week ago, Leah weighed in at 5 pounds even. Dr. Walters said that this was perfect. I am constantly thanking God for keeping our precious baby healthy and helping me through this pregnancy. Having Colitis and knowing that I had to stay on my medication really scared me at the beginning of the pregnancy. God, however, has continued to show His grace and power throughout this whole process. Ryan and I are so blessed to have this precious miracle that God has passed on to us.
I had my final shower last Sunday! We received so many things for Leah. I cannot wait to see her in all of the adorable clothes! We also got the final touches for her nursery. I will post pictures soon. Today, Ryan and I went to have maternity pictures taken. It was so much fun! The pictures are wonderful and I look forward to getting them in. I really wanted to have something to remind us of this amazing time and something for Leah to see when she gets older.
Only one week of school left! If Leah can just hold off until next Friday, then she can come anytime she wants!
